How we use your Amazon data
Last updated: 2026-05-04
Peaklyst is an Amazon Selling Partner application. We access seller-authorized listing data exclusively via Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API), authorized via Login with Amazon (LWA) OAuth 2.0.
What we access
- Listings Items API v2021-08-01 — read your listing attributes (titles, bullets, descriptions, generic_keywords/search-terms, brand, item dimensions, A+ content references)
- Catalog Items API v2022-04-01 — read product catalog metadata for your listings
- Product Type Definitions API v2020-09-01 — read product-type schema requirements
We access ONLY the seller's own listing attributes. We do not access other sellers' listings, keywords, or performance data.
What we do NOT access
- NO buyer data, order data, or financial data
- NO personal data (no PII)
- NO data from other sellers' listings or accounts
- NO scraping or third-party Amazon data providers (we do not use Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout-style data sources or unofficial APIs)
Writes happen only after explicit approval
Peaklyst generates AI-driven optimization suggestions following Amazon's published listing guidelines and category-specific style guides. Suggestions are presented to the seller for review. Writes back to your Amazon account happen only after you explicitly approve each suggestion. No auto-mutation, no scheduled writes without your prior consent.
Where your data lives
All Peaklyst infrastructure is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (Falkenstein/Nuremberg) — EU-resident only.
Revoking access
You can revoke Peaklyst's access at any time via Manage Your Apps in Amazon Seller Central. Revocation is immediate.
Sub-processors
See the sub-processor list in our Privacy Policy for the full list of third parties that process data on our behalf, each bound by a Data Processing Agreement that prohibits training on Amazon Information.
